Energy integration platform for data centers

An integrated energy system, not another component in the machine room.

One system, two modes: cools when needed, generates electricity when it pays. The switch is automatic, driven by operating conditions. The outcome: waste heat stops being a cost and becomes an asset.

The problem

AI has rewritten the rules of cooling.

Density

AI racks reach 150 kW. Cooling has become the data center's first operating cost.

Continuity

In a blackout, IT is protected by the electrical UPS. Cooling is not. A real operational risk.

Compliance

From 2027 EnEfG mandates waste heat recovery. Today that heat is simply thrown away.

The solution

The platform that rewrites the economics of cooling.

Heat pump when cooling is needed, ORC cycle when generating electricity pays. Automatic transition, patented architecture. It does not replace a component: it transforms the cost structure of the data center.

01

Thermal continuity

Cooling guaranteed even in a blackout. Eliminates CAPEX for cooling batteries: approximately €900K per 10 MW IT.

02

Capacity unlocked

The ORC self-generates electricity for auxiliaries. PUE from 1.12 in winter to 1.01 in summer. More racks, same power.

03

Heat as revenue

40,800 MWh/year at 80–90°C for district heating. Or 2,356 MWh/year of electricity from ORC.

04

Native compliance

Designed for EnEfG 2027 and RED III. Zero retrofit, zero regulatory risk.

The 3 modes

Find the right model for your data center.

Three questions, one answer. Every data center starts from a different situation: the platform adapts. Answer the next three questions and we take you straight to the model that fits.

1 / 3

Do you have a district heating network within roughly 2 km of your data center?

A nearby DHC network completely changes the business case.

Yes

Do you prefer to avoid CAPEX and hand the thermal asset to an external operator?

Financing, installation and operation entirely off your balance sheet.

Yes

Do you want fully autonomous cooling and to drive cooling costs to zero?

Thermal storage, peak shaving, energy self-sufficiency.

Yes

Every project has its own configuration.

Proof

From the lab to the plant. It has already happened.

Sold and operational

The first plant has been in production since June 2026. Measured performance, not projected.

Beyond expectations

Operating data exceeds design targets on COP and heat recovery.

Patent filed

October 2025. Reversible ORC applied to the data center. Co-inventors: Marco Margotti and Giuseppe Toniato.

The team

Marco Margotti, CEO: 20 years of B2B technical sales, 6 years on ORC Kaymacor. Giuseppe Toniato, CTO: 30 years of thermodynamic systems and ORC patents.

The pilot delivered the numbers. Now we scale: from pilot size to 10 MW plants, and from one plant to a fleet.
